​Reykholar SeaBaths is now offering the unique algae baths in Reykhólar, where the baths combine the certificate organic product from Thorverk and the hot spring water in Reykhólar. These baths bring out this unique relaxing experience while overlooking the exceptional landscape of Reykhólar and Breiðafjörður in the Vest-fjords.



In the surrounding area of the Reykholar SeaBaths are several interesting walk paths where the Icelandic Sagas (like GrettisSaga) have their place in Reykhólar and while walking through the Sagas in Reykhólar the view of one of the richest birdlife in Iceland is before their eyes. As Breiðafjörður is listed as one of the largest birdlife clusters in the country, where birds like the Puffin, eiderfowl and the sea eagle (The largest eagles on earth) have made the place their home.



In Reykholar SeaBaths is also a small but cozy café with a simple menu, where guests can also buy several merchandise, like our algea bathsalts along with the traditional icelandic waffles or if simply to rent out some swimmingwear to head into the algea baths with short notice.

Reykholar SeaBaths is located in a old but redecorated workshop/factory house, but with the old characteristics of the old building our guests can experience a flash to the past while enjoying the intriguing view over the sea and countryside.
